Wise Beyond Her Years

My youngest granddaughter, a kindergartner, was asked by her grandpa if she still had a boyfriend yesterday. She told him, “No, he broke up with me.” Grandpa told her that he was going to tell him to bring her flowers on Monday. As serious as can be, she replied, “Well, make sure they are pink and purple.” This girl knows what she wants!
